It should be relatively safe if not taken in heroic quantities. I'd expect some potentiation to be going on.

I took 2400 mgs of pira with about [no prices] worth of meth, I did notice I didn't come down as bad, I'm still up and not feeling as shitty. But what are the effects of piracetam? Are they mild? SHould I notice more? I'm not sure what to think.

I expect the immediate pleasurable effect will eventually hardly be felt but the built up effect will remain
