My tolerence to oxy is decently high. I did 90mgs insuf/eaten about an hour ago and iv got a nice not too intense buzz goin. I found some promethazine dm (prometh/dxm) and i was wondering how many mgs i should injest of the promethazine to poyentiate the oxy. I dont want to take too much dxm tho bc i used to robotrip alot a couple yrs ago and i hate the feeling now.

Theres no mg information per tsp on the bottle but i looked it up online and i think it might be 5/15 pro/dxm.

Is it worth it? To take a couple tsp

I'm going to send this over to BDD for you as it is a subjective effects from a combo question. If you wanted detailed discussion on the opioid mechanism of action behind dextromethorphan's potentiation or the enzyme inhibition caused by DM and many antihistamines check out the "Opioid Potentiation" thread in the OD Directory linked in my signature.

Well i took a couple spoonfuls a a minute ago. Donno if they were exact tsps could have been more or less but ill know soon enough if it does anything to potentiate the oxy.

Edit- seems to be adding a good ammount of euphoria and im hVin slight nodss . Idk if its the prometh or the dxm or both but i gueass i answenrdd my own question. Good combo

Sounds like it. This is a pretty common one, since both the promethazine and DXM potentiate the oxycodone in question.

I'm going to close this since it sounds like you've gotten to where you wanted to be. If you want to discuss your reactions to the combination further, I recommend the BDD social thread. :)
