Opioids mixing opana 40s and 10s

im assuming its ok but im just someone who likes to play it safe and wanted a few second opinions on...if somone usually crushes and snorts 3-4 opana 40s a day or so and then starts to run low on the 40s but get their hands on some opana 10s, is it ok to maybe only use 2 40s and supplument with 2 10s. i know the 10s on their own will hardly be effective at all but if they are mixed with the 40s it will stretch out the supply of the 40s till the prescription comes in. theyre the same thing so im pretty sure its ok but i just want to make sure that since the 10s are the same size as the 40s but far less mgs, that there are no fillers or anything in there that would mix badly with the 40s. thanks to all those that take the time to help this noob out.

Yes, you would be absolutely fine. Although I'd like to point out that that's a rather high dose of an opiate. Oxymorphone (Opana) is a very, very potent drug. I'd say you have a habit equivalent to 20 bags or more of heroin. I used to IV 20mgs of Opana and be high as a kite, when IVing 10 bags of dope wouldn't be getting me half as high. By that logic your habit might even be = to well over 20 bags of dope..

But to answer your question, again, yes. It is plenty safe to mix the 2 different dose pills.

funny thing is i dont feel a damn thing. my back doesnt hurt that bad, but i have no euphoric effects at all....ridiculous i know...maybe its cause i ration it out over an 18 hour day...

If you're using it for pain management that makes sense...and if you're spacing it out for a long period that makes even more sense. But yeah, if your pain and tolerance allow you to use those dosages, you're fine

i was a pretty decent recreational user of norcos. several a day... got in a car wreck and wound up with 2 herniated discs in my lower back and my tolerance was so high that the norcos werent relieving any pain. got prescribed oxys then opana and would take more than my dosage to relieve the pain and would sometimes run out which was debilitating to say the least. when i found out opanas were stronger if snorted, it streched my supply out and was able to take less and that was good because i was worried about the amount i was actually consuming. every now and then it does what the doc called flareing up. basically gets real irritated and painful to even walk and when that happens it can put a dent in my supply as i take more to counter then severe pain. so thats where im at now trying to ration it out after a week long flare up till my prescription comes in around the 15th. thanks for the help guys..
