Hi

If I take 400mgs of tram sr thought the day then take about 50/100 mgs of O-Desmethyltramadol with about 10 mgs of diazepam is there any danger in doing so ?

Thanks guys

Yes, yes there is. Mixing three CNS depressants is going to be dangerous no matter who you are. We also don't know your tolerance so as of right now I'd say do not do this.

Fek I wouldn't mix O-Desmethyltramadol with Tramadol they both lower your seizure threshold and little is known about O-Desmethyltramadol, I guess the Diaz at a low dosage might help with the likelihood of seizure but I think that advantage is out weighed by the CNS depressant risk.....guess I'm posting this a little late though :\

^Good post.

O-desmethyltramadol is still an RC, and I recommend treating it with the same respect you would treat any other RC. It is well known that tramadol lowers the seizure threshold and most other traditional opiates lower the seizure threshold as well.

Mixing two opiates and a benzo is risky too. I would recommend taking an anti-seizure drug with tramadol anyway to be honest...but mixing two and then the diazepam on top of that may be a bit much.

I would stick to one or the other. While tolerance to tramadol's seizure-inducing effects usually comes with tolerance to tramadol, it's still hard to say for sure.
