Opioids Mixing norco, Tramadol, and Promenthazine w/ Codeine syrup

Whats up guys, i have been doing research on mixing tramadol with either norcos or prometh w/ codeine syrup but havent come across anyone trying to mix all 3. Ive heard tramadol shouldnt really be mixed with opiates but many find this effective for pain releif. Can anyone shed some light on experiences mixing said drugs? Im thinking sipping a couple ounces on the side would be somewhat pointless or would it?
 
We really don't allow multiple drug questions.

Taking multiple drugs at the same time is not good. Some people do it with no I'll effects. Dome people do it and are fine.

Mixing tramdol with other drugs isn't good. It's a dirty drug. It's more antidepressant and work on neuro transmitters than an opiate.

Tolerance plays an important role in drug use. Opiates, tramdol, codeine w/ promethazine are all good on their own.

We are not here to tell you how to get as high as kite. Take them as directed. Take them on different day. I would avoid tramdol if you take it often and in high doses, withdrawals are bad and it lowers your seizure thresh hold. Don't go over 400mg in 24 hr period. It can cause seizure.
