Mixing methylphenidate with DXM

Apparently mixing DXM with amphetamines is to much of a risk so I'm considering methylphenidate (Focalin dextromethylphenidate to be exact).

I would only be going to the first plateau and taking a small amount of Focalin (30mg). 30mg isn't a lot the max prescription dose is 40mg. Is this much safer and would it be worth the risk. I would be keeping the dosage on both drugs very low.

yes it's safe, well...safer than mixing it with amphetamines.

Yeah there is also a seratonin syndrome risk with amphetamine's I imagine it be the same with ritalin although I am not sure about that.
