If i plan on mixing all my cocaine in the beginning, does it mater if i do this in glass, metal, or plastic...or does it not make a difference? I just want to make sure that i don't use one if it will make a difference....

Yes, it will make a difference, because the lack of a preservative can encourage the growth of bacteria.
You want to only mix your cocaine in water only when you are ready to inject it.

The container you suck it in from *before* micron filtering doesn't matter. You should however use a 2nd, sterile flask into which to filter. This 2nd flask should be cleaned beforehand eg with an alcohol wipe, then rinsed with some sterile water.
To remember:
- contamination before the micron filtering = no big deal.
- contamination after the micron filtering = danger!

Pre-mix is a great idea for insuring a uniform concentration and avoiding an OD from a shot that is way to concentrated. 1 gram of good C will fully dissolve in 1 ml of water of saline. You don't want to shoot coke this concentrated.
Pre-loading syringes before a session is also a good idea. Will keep you from blunting the tip of the pins when trying to load late in a session, and will keep you from loading that really big shot after your judgement has flown out the window.
In eight years of shooting coke, I never had a problem with pre-mixing and storing enough cocaine solution for a session, usually 1/8 to 1/4 oz. I mixed in a stainless steel spoon, and filtered into a sterile eyedrop bottle.

iv coke. have fun. if i were you, i would have some benzos or opiates for the comedown. thats just me, i cant take the hours of comedown for 20-60 minutes of high from 1g of coke.

I always mixed my coke shots as I went also..Also nice to have Benzo's for coming down and really nice to have opiates..But whats this a misprint 20-60 mintutes of high from 1 gram of coke?? Surely you don't shoot a gram of coke in an hour? If so it is some really cut ass coke or you have one hella toleranc eor both..shit the cut I get you do 1/2 a 1/4g you will almost puke and pass out..lol..never me but ,seen it happen ..lol...anyway going through a gram of coke IV'ing in an hour is a lot really..The coke I did was too strong to slam it every 5 mitutes..10-15 minutes after your head stopped ringing and you could hear again without the "train roar" yeah..but not sooner than that,not on the coke I was doing..anyway..
