Opioids mixing full antagonist with a small dose of bupe

i on two seperate occasions have mixed a low dose of hydrocodone 10-20 mgs with a really low dose of bupe like .5-1 mg... and when i did this i got really nice effects itching all over, a slight nod, good euphoria has anybody else experienced this..? and if so do you think it would still work if i just did a CWE of hydrocodone 50 mg

I wouldn't be mixing bupe with other opiods. You will go into pretty intense withdrawals. Probably not with .5mg but I would strongly urge you to be careful, its NOT fun.

Buprenorphine is a partial agonist opioid.

I too experienced a really pleasant buzz also from almost exactly the same dose; 0.5mg of bupe and 20-40mg of hydrocodone. I was taking it to just knock the edge off of my w/d symptoms, and was really surprised at how decent I felt. I also remember surprisingly positive results from taking 1mg of bupe with a large dose of morphine.

I think there was a thread a good while back discussing this. If you run a search you might find some more opinions/experiences on this combo. I definitely believe that a low dose of bupe synergizes very well with a full agonist.

Hydrocodone is a a full agonist not an antagonist.
