Mixing DXM, Concerta and Unisom?

I have taken about 8 36mg Concerta throughout the day and just popped 100mg of DXM. It's night time and I kinda want to sleep. What would happen if I combined what I'm on with a couple Unisoms? PLEASE HELP and respond, I'd like to make a decision on this before morning comes. Thanks!

DXM and concerta is a dangerous combo. I'm surprised your heart rate isn't through the roof. I would just wait it out for a while but unisom IMO is worthless for trying to get sleep after using DXM or stimulants
