Mixing drugs need advice!!

From 9-6 pm I wanna take 100mg of codeine syrup, 0.5xanax and smoke weed, I will take the codeine in the morning time so by 6pm I can take 10mg of Valium and drink beer and smoke weed. Is this too dangerous? Should I exempt one of these substances? My therapist says I can OD really easy with these substances and my psychiatrist recommended that I exempt one, let me know if you guys think it's a safe combo and if anything I'd just cut the codeine dose to about 60mg.

if you even have a little bit of tolerance (you've done codeine before, you've done xanax before) and you mind yourself not to drink TOO much you should be fine.

edit: you might have more fun just forgetting the booze? it always makes me grumpy when i'm on opiates.

You'll be fine. Go ahead and have fun, dose everything all at once if you want the best high. Your doses are quite reasonable but watch out for respiratory depression; however, I doubt the dose is high enough for that.

0.5mg. alprazolam, 100mg. codeine, weed ---> later, Valium 10mg. with reasonable doses of alcohol. Smoke all the weed you want.
