Misc Mixing Codeine and DXM

Hey guys, been a while since i posted here, and that one may have saved my friends life.

Basically i was just wondering what the merits of mixing codeine and DXM are? Ive been looking around the googles and ive read mixed things so i figured id ask it straight. I was planning on taking the usual ~300mg codeine tonight (obtained through CWE) and was wondering how much DXM i could add into the mix, if its safe, if its worth it and when i should take it.

adding up to 120mg of dxm as a potentiator can help increase the narcotic effects of the codeine. beyond that it will start to get psychedelic/dissociative-like and will probably make you unreasonably itchy.
 
Just my humble opinion but I find that adding dxm as a potentiator really "dirties" the opiate high. I couldn't describe it, you'd have to experience it for yourself but after doing it I'd rather always take my opiates without dxm.
