Mixing Cocaine and MDMA & SSRI

Hi,

I have been on Paxil at a dosage of 20 MG for about 8 days now. I have been doing a gram a night of cocaine for the past 3 days and have only slept for a total of 4 hours. I just finished my last line and I will be taking 3-4 MG of clonazepam and 4 Tylenol 3's to ease the comedown. I recently acquired 1 gram of "moon rocks" MDMA. I'm going to wait until I fully comedown before consuming the MDMA with an intranasal ROA. Will the coke override the MDMA? Will the SSRI at even a low dosage totally block the serotonin receptor? I've read many posts and it seems to be a hit or miss with mixing M and SSRI's. Any input on this is appreciated, thanks!

While you will be waiting until you comedown from the cocaine to dose the ecstasy, you will still have the cocaine in your system, and therefore, it will affect your physiological response to the MDMA. How much, I can't answer you. What exactly will be the subjective effects experienced because of this, once again, I cannot tell you as it is "subjective." ;)

The danger I see lies in mixing the MDMA with the Paxil, though, at 8 days, you're probably no where near a high enough concentration to induce serotonin syndrome. The clonazepam will help to prevent this to some degree. Cocaine does have some minor affinity for 5-HT receptors as well though, so that increases risks of serotonin syndrome. I didn't try to really hunt down concrete information, but I didn't find anything about codeine's effects on 5-HT receptors, though I know that hydrocodone and oxycodone have minor activity at some sites.

Just proceed with caution as you dose the MDMA, and keep an eye out for symptoms of serotonin syndrome (however unlikely it may be that you develop this condition).
 
I would be more worried about getting Serotonin Syndrome then the MDMA not working to be honest.

But IMO you MIGHT feel it. Considering you have only been on Paxil for 8 days. That's just my opinion though, take it with a grain of salt.

I also doubt the paxil will hgave much effect 8 days in but its not worth doing mdma besides the possibility of serotonin syndrome, the high will just plain suck.I took 4 pills at once when i was on paxil and there was no lovey feelings just the stimulation, and the high lasted about 2.5 hrs then i went to sleep and wokeup feeling as if id stayed up all night.
