mixing benzos tonight

i currently take 10mgs of xans a day to maintain and stop panic attacks. sad part its not cutting it. i got some .5 clons to. never mixed the 2 but am aware of each of there half lifes and effects. just not together. if i was to take 6mgs tonight of xans what would be a good dose of clons to mix in with it

The two drugs are roughly equipotent.

How long have you taken alprazolam? It's probably better to avoid using more benzodiazepines. 10mg of alprazolam a day is a bit excessive as is.

Hypno-therapy. Trust me dude. Im no hippy dippy person , but Ive experieced the benefits of hypno-therapy and they helped keep my panic attacks under control by allowing me to better understand my own body, how my body acts during a panic attack, and how to counter act it with breathing and thinking. worth trying. I doubt you need any more benzos bc 10mg of xanax is high and you'll end up not remembering life in general.

Even with a moderate tolerance, benzos, especially kpins, can react differently potentially causing blackout. If your confident in your experience and proceed, I can only suggest you lock your doors, and hide your keys. Benzo blackouts are both hilarious and costly, as you usually come to in a prison cell. The funny part is your there for calling the cops on yourself for trying to steal your own car.

if you're taking 10mg xanax:day and its "not cutting it" you should change benzo, or change your approach to treating anxiety and panic attacks alltogeher, seek out aterative metods for dealing with these issues, because obviously the xanax isn't working properly on you, diffrent people react differently

as for clonazepam, its about as potent as xanax, some say more potent 025g=0.5mg, also clonazepam has a way longer duration of action, so you shouldn't need too redose as often

Hell yeah your going to need to start working out how to get off that train, adding more Benzos is going to be a short term fix at best. Your main issue is almost certainly building tolerance to Benzos and unfortunately because they all work on the same GABA receptors in your brain they are cross tolerant so changing or introducing other Benzos isn't really going to help.

Long term some kind of therapy may be a better option as it may be able to offer a longer term and sustainable solution
