Mixing and inventing pills

when ever i have low mg pills of oxy (5, 10, 20) i pop em and only snort 40's & 80's
don't see the point in snorting 5's 10's or 20's seems like to much cut in em
 
i found a good mix- use a small dose of d-amphetamine(small enough to not overcome the others but large enough to be felt) with a strong opiate and a mixture of benzos. here what i used:

-15mg. d-amphetamine(small dose for me as i'm tolerant)

-30mg. oxycodone("ceiling" dose for me where euphoria gets "maxed out")

-carefully thought out mix of benzos consisting of 2.5mg. clonazepam, 30mg. flurazepam, and 60mg. temazepam. if i don't have flurazepam, then 10-15mg. diazepam will have to replace.

this combo has a "speedball" effect, as the d-amphetamine, oxycodone, and temazepam kick in quickly and give off a strong euphoria. the reason is that both the oxy and the d-amp raise dopamine levels and generate a somewhat stimulating dope like high while the temazepam(fast acting and imo the most euphoric benzo) both eases any stimulant side effects, and synergizes with the oxy and adds even more euphoria.

now for the clonazepam and flurazepam: after the "peak" wears off(mostly the d-amp & oxy buzz) one would usually feel somewhat of a "comedown". these benzos(along with the temazepam that should still be in effect) are long acting and strong anxiety killers. while clonazepam is more of an anti-anxiety benzo, flurazepam(kinda uncommon, but my dealer sells them dirt cheap as tweakers buy loads of them due to it's hypnotic effects & long duration) is a decent hypnotic with a long half live/duration. the two benzos outlast the oxy and d-amp(and with the temazepam that was taken still in effect) kill any comedown feelings and instead produces a nice benzo buzz.

i highly suggest this combo(but dose accordingly to one's tolerance).
 
If we're making up dream pills make me a OC 80/dilaudid 4/ desoxyn 100. No binders, please. And I'll take a couple of hookers with that.

People have difference f opinion on the subject of what tylenol does when added with oxy's. I for one believe it helps the pain relief but it also potentiates the high also & I know some people will disagree with that 2nd part of the comment but thats how I see it & so do some others that I have asked.

Even if that's true snorting APAP is a bad idea. Show your sinuses a little mercy.
 
In the (probably distant) future, if you're scripted multiple medications, they may be able to make tablets specific to your needs. With pills containing everything you needed at the appropriate times of the day, rather than having to keep a heap of different bottles and remembering what medication you'd taken etc (this would be most likely to happen with non-abusable medications before potentially abusable ones I'd imagine though, unfortunately;)). Like the old barbiturate/dexamphetamine tablet mixtures.
