I have not taken Adderall in awhile but due to tolerance I need a break from my prescribed Dexedrine and have a few 30mg xr Adderalls left. Would 1 30mg and 20mg of damp be OK? or would it be fairly week? I sorta need a morning kick? Dunno if I should mix Dex as boosters or just take 2 adderall xrs one am one in afternoon, so I'm not exhausted all day. I know, I know, I need to take a break. I think this weekend I can actually take my break.:\ The more imput the better. I am currently on 45mg damp everyday(but I am going to try to get it to 60 where it seems perfect, and could go to 75 if I needed to get work done and had zero motivation after My daily meds, but usally very unlikely and have yet to do this) and may have made a post similar to this with little responses. Just don't want to take extra pills I cannot afford to take.
 
Honestly, i think only you can know for sure what dosage of what medication is safe/correct for you to take. We can only speculate, and give advice from our own personal perspectives....but not from your perspective.....and since everyone is different, only you can answer this for yourself.

But, to me, it doesnt sound like your asking if you should take that big of a dose of amphetamines so I really dont think it would be a big deal for you to simply try it out, and see how it goes. If it works like you hoped, then great.....if it doesnt, dont take the meds like that anymore. Like I said, only you can truly know the answer....and it might take some experimenting.
 
Its just like this. Don't get me from I love no less that 40mg of damp anything less is meh I'll settle for 30mgs but thats the Lowest. I would never go really above 90mgs on any med but maybe Vvyanse which I'm half ass interested in but wouldn't ever wanna trade these wonder focus pills for something else because of tolerance and a few days I could have been without. I do Like Adderall when I'm not on it everyday it DOESN'T make me moody one bit, and seems great, but dexedrine seems better mentally to me. Just wanna see...:|:|:|
 
its really a good idea to do like a 10 - 20 MG of dexamp instant release in the morning and take the vyvanse after about 2 hours, it takes about an hour for it to get into your system and I think it would work well for ya.
 
I dunno how strong vvyanse is and I would rather have a purer form of a drug...always seems and feels cleaner afterwards..
 
I got extra tpams which I'm going to replace as klonopin when I want to come down I think.....I'm going to do 40mgxr it'll be a eye measuring of beads and 25mg of d amp....ill post results on if it works better or worse with my tolerance
 
This seems to be really perfect. I got the boost I wanted to feel with my dex. More updates after the days over. BUT I feel better this morning after 30mg xr adderall and 3 15mg dex booster. I will do 1 or 2 more boosters. the last one will probably be 20mgs...
 
why wouldn't this work? essentially all you're doing is messing w/ the ratio of l-amp to d-amp you would be taking if it was all adderrall. i know everyone on here is all about the straight dex over addy, but personally i need that extra tweakiness or whatever to get motivated and actually do things. when i take the regular barr dex irs, i can't even really tell i'm on anything, which i guess is optimal for many people who want more gentle effects.
 
today I consumed 60mg xr adderall. 1 in the am another at noon. I dosed my first XR with 3 Dexedrine. I enjoyed every bit of it until it turned about 10 o clock and still felt really tired. So I take another Dexedrine. Not much improvement so I decided to take another Adderall as I usually don't do that. I do like this and will just try out the adderall tomorrow and leave the dexedrine for later if needed. I may talk to my doctor about A little combo like my benzo schedule. I feel more energized, in a way that I want to do work as opposed to constant overthinking I will get with Dexedrine at times. Don't get me wrong I wouldnt never trade Dexedrine for my Adderall Back but maybe I need a little Adderal. My only complaint would be instead of the adderall working after an hour it didn't kick in until 2 and I ALWAYS crush the beads, and I do this because I DO NOT want those nasty little plastic balls stuck in the lining of my stomach plus its just better.
