Im sorry i didnt intend to give possibly dangerous (deadly) information.Good combo imo.
i have a very high tolerance so 200mg diazepam and 10mg alprazolam + 160mg oxy

Don't worry - thank you for the apology, and generally it is best to avoid stating your dose if you have a high tolerance incase someone copies you, but at least you indicated that your tolerance was high. It's just always best to be cautious - so many people read the forum, and not everyone reads the posts fully, the doses might just jump out the page at them!
Yo0123yo took their dose on the 7th of this month - hopefully all went well! It's really good to have a discussion on the dangers of mixing downers, and this has been a valuable thread, but I think it has run it's course now so I am going to close it.
