Mixing adderall / vyvanse with Prozac

One of my friends offered me some adderall today. I have never done adderall before and I'm 21 years old and 200 lbs. she gave me a 20mg pill of adderall and immediately she told me to take a 50 mg pill of her vyvanse so I wouldn't experience a crash. I had no idea what vyvanse was until I researched it earlier this evening. The current drugs I'm on are 60mg of Prozac once a day, 30mg of Buspar twice daily, and 300 mg of gabapentin as needed 3 times a day. Now I had already taken 300 mg of Prozac and 30 mg of buspar, along with that I had around 4 to 5 shots of Fireball (liquor). I didn't have any reason to believe that taking the adderall and vyvanse would conflict with these drugs until I did some research. So what I'm mainly worried about is if I have serotonin syndrome. I felt amazing for 8 hours and lost my apetite, then around 10 to 11 pm I started to get hungry and slightly had nausea. I've been jittery and my eyes hurt my vision feels a tiny bit blurry, and I have a terrible headache. I'm feeling really anxious since the adderall and vyvanse wore off, so I took 300 mg of gabapentin a around 1 am. I feel restless and nervous. I just wanted to know if anyone thinks I'm going to be okay, and what they would do. Also, if you have any experience mixing these types of drugs together and the safest dosage. Also, should I resume my Prozac and buspar tomorrow? Because I'm worried I have too much serotonin

I've also had the chills and some sweaty episodes but that has seemed to subside. I have been drinking a lot of water and I haven't vomited, and I don't think I have a fever either

to me it seems normal what you're experiencing but i'm no medical doctor. i am prescribed both of those stimulant meds. gabapentin as well, with wellbutrin and lexapro. i don't have problems.

your symptoms are most likely coming from the high doses of adderall and vyvanse! those are not low doses. even experienced users with a tolerance may find those doses quite hefty. next time, don't take something you don't know about. it's really really very risky and you could have hurt yourself. thanks for coming to BL for answers though next time please do your research and look into what you're putting into your body.

serotonin syndrome is pretty intense from what i know and it's very extreme. i think you're just experiencing the usual anxiety from a stimulant crash, eat something small even if it seems impossible. it'll help as well as keeping hydrated.

and fyi vyvanse and adderall are both stimulants. they're not the best drug to be messing with, with no tolerance. i'm hoping in the future you educate yourself and make smarter decisions about drugs you ingest and interactions they may have with other drugs, like your medications.

You're right. I really did screw up by making assumptions and not even knowing the dosage of the drugs... Let alone not even know what one of them was. Also, my muscles are very tense and rigid, and I also feel sore from all the movements my legs have been making due to jittery-ness. I am kind of afraid to fall asleep. It's 4 AM right now for me. I took the adderall and vyvanse around 3 I believe
