I already know the answer to this essentially... which is bad idea. A couple years ago when I was slightly more naive, I had a study day where I worked with my buddy and took each about 40mg of Adderall and then had an 8ball delivered and blew a whole bunch of that. Probably not very good coke but still.... didn't even think about how stupid that was. Luckily there was no problems at all, felt amazing the entire time and then had benzos to prevent any comedown.
That being said, I don't do blow. As in... maybe once a year. Or only when I happen to be traveling in certain parts of South America. I have a bad anxiety problem and have been on benzos for a while now.
Anyways, I am prescribed Vyvanse and Zoloft which I both took in the morning. I just started the zoloft at a relatively low dose less than a week ago. My psych is climbing my Vyvanse dose slowly to make sure I "tolerate" it okay, considering my anxiety, so right now I have 50mg capsules. Took one 50mg in the morning, and then I was just having one of those days and not feeling it at all... need to really get a lot of work done by tomorrow - all self directed, self scheduled type shit so its even harder.
What I REALLY wanted was some opiates to go with the Vyvanse in my system. This always seems to be the greatest combo for doing creative work, focusing for hours and feeling great without feeling strung out or anything. However, I can't seem to find any Oxy around here (used to the occasional 30mg blues), so decided to try and use up the last of these hydros that ended up in my hands. They were shitty 5/500 hydros, and there were only 10 left (50mg), so I did CWE and took that around 4:45pm. Don't know what it was, but this was my fourth cold water extraction in the past week from the big bottle of them and it just didn't seem to effect me much. Disappointed.
Then about an hour ago, maybe a little more, I said fuck it and took half a 50mg Vyvanse capsule. They are actually in weird hardened-powder form inside, so you can cut half the pill's amount pretty accurately. So that's 25mg more of Vyvanse... for a total of roughly 75. Not a huge dose at all.
Then this a friend of a friend I was introduced to came through just like 20 minutes ago out of nowhere on the phone, after i had texted him a couple times... and said he could swing by. I was stoked! And due to the fact I had been asking him about the possibility of hooking it up with some oxy 30s in each 'discreet' conversation I had with him via phone... I made a dumb presumption that he had blues for me..
Of course till I talked to him again for a couple seconds, he was bringing blow - which apparently is what he sells on the side at relatively real high quality to mostly white-collared clients in the financial district. It was just noisy on his end of the line and I was distracted... he made it clear he will talk to me about what is available for a new OC connect, but he is driving a decent distance through the city right to the front of my house.
Now it's too late cause he seems like a real genuinely nice guy with possibly some clutch connections that may be useful , my friend vouched hard for him and I know he also wants to discuss other legitimate things other than drugs.
Soooo im probably going to end up grabbing like a half gram, that I dont even really want.
My point is, I have a bunch of extra klonapin (aside from my prescribed amount) , would it be that bad if I just took a really small bump ontop of the Vyvanse I have taken today? As long as I have Klonapin involved I know panic attack isnt a worry, I just don't really know how bad it would be. Vyvanse is so long acting and slow.. as opposed to adderall.
and sorry I just have a bad habit of typing too much on forums... its not cause I'm all "geeked" out on the vyvanse.
