the DXM will fuck with your motorskills significantly by itself..
the gabapentin and xanax is just adding insult to injury. sounds like black out central.

You didn't say what your tolerance is or how much you usually take. What are you using them for? I think that's too much gabapentin but more information is needed for someone to give you a good answer.
