If you miss a vein when shooting is it possible to not get hives/bubbles in the skin. Is it true that this is not always a clear indicator that you missed?

always happened when I'd miss. It also hurts like a motherfucker to push the plunger down when you miss. It's pretty easy to tell whether you got it or not. Make sure you check by trying to draw up some blood. If you pull back on the plunger and no blood is visible in the syringe, try a different spot.
Remember to be extra careful w/ this ROA and always use sterile equipment!

I've never got hives when i miss thats a sure sign of a hit for me, but my skin does give way to a nice big hard bubble that hurts like a bitch when it happens. You should for sure know if you missed at that exact point if your shooting H, idk what your shooting though sometime diluaded doesn't hurt as much definatley painful though.

I usually got a really strong pain when I missed even 1iu of a shot. I didn't register really as I got pipes for veins. whenever I did miss (maybe two or three occasions over 3 years) it was such a small amount that I just had a small sore spot on my veins, sensation similar to a tender bruise. I just massaged it for a few minutes and it generally went away in a few hours. what was worse for me is since I didn't register to check, sometimes my shots were still hot (from cooking) so I'd get a heat rash. registering causes blood to cool your shot down since your blood is the "right temperature' and makes it more comfortable.
