Place heat on it to reduce pain and swelling. If you find that it doesn't go down then an emergency room visit is in order as you have potentially caused an abscess.

Keep an eye on it for infection - signs are redness, heat, swelling and pain. If you are at all concerned, get it checked out by a doctor.. you're at more risk if you didn't filter properly or prep your shot in a sterile a way as possible, but even if you did you should still keep a close eye on it and seek medical attention if you are worried.
