Meth Missed neck shot, strange bumpy rash

Swim shot meth in the neck and missed, now has a weird rash with small bumps around the injection site. Very itchy. And isn’t subsiding. What is it and how should I go about healing it please
 
Why would you not just go to and emergency room. You can possibly try ibuprofen and antibiotic . I used to IV in my neck when all myn collapsed years ago and it was so unpleasant to deal with that I eventually went back to eating and snorting everything. Hopefully you come to the same conclusion
