I base my information on facts. Nobody has EVER been incriminated for possession of spore prints in Australia, you wanna know why? Because they're legal :O :O
A simple way to prove my point is to look at the online spore vendors. They ship to Australia with no problems, but refuse to ship to states in America (like California) because spores are illegal in Cali, but not Australia. If it were illegal to ship to Australia the website will be taken down and the owners prosecuted.
Now please, get the f* out if you wish to argue!
U r sooo wrong. LMAO
People have been prosecuted for importing sporeprints.. I won't give out their names or details here, but trust me it has happened. Otherwise u should have been their layer and gotten them out of the several thousand dollar fine they had to pay.
Vendors based in another country don't care about your local laws. It is your responsibilty to check local laws before importing anything. Also, the sites are not governed by Australian law, so how the F do u expect Australia to have any juristdiction over an american based website. Best Australia can do is deny access to that site via Australian severs. But this is usually only done for kiddy porn sites.
Australian customs pass on illegal items all the time because they essentially don't know wtf they are looking at. A good example here woul;d be a friend who didn't relise he could have gotten 20 years in jail when he imported cappi bark which he thought was legal. However, if they'd chosen to they could have prosecuted him for upto 20 years jail.
U are sooo wrong and irresponsible by spreading misinformation as supposed fact. It could wind up with peeps getting into alot of trouble, especially since when they break ur door down they will prosecute u for everything else they find and can prove intent to manufacture a class A substance if they find grow guides, xtraction teks, etc
All that being said. Chances of getting a sporeprint through into Australia is nearly 99.9%. Prolly 100% if on paper instead of foil. But the FACT remains that u can still be charged if they realize wat u importing. Transfer of sporeprints internally within Oz however is not illegal, as for the reasons dextrous has described above. But no matter how much u try and fool yourself, importing sporeprints into Oz is still technically illegal.
Take ur chances. Most of mine arrive fine, sum do not. But they just dissappear without a trace, no customs.
This is my first and last post on this matter. Believe whomever u want, just don't come crying to me if u get caught.
Oh, and workman from sporeworx, actually works and produced all the Lab cultivated psilocybin Genre spores for sale through their site were grown and printed in Jamaca to circumvent US law, which only covers psilocin bearing material which spores are not, except those few states who have chosen to cover spores aswell. Once again though, Ameriica is not Australia, if it were Sally D and Kratom would still be legal along with a whole host of fun research chemicals. Australian law is a world away from us law. And state laws don't apply when importing sumthing into Oz, so just cause it's legal in one state, doesn't mean it's legal in another. U may not be breaking federal law, but u contravein state law. Once again, not customs job to know your state law. This also occurs vice versa.
