Would it safe for me to mix 5-10mg of baclofen with 45mg? Its to help me relax at night when not taking zopiclone as im reducing and im doing one night on and one off. I can leave an hour or two between dosing the baclofen and mirtazepine. ive been taking the mirtazepine for a couple of months at this dose and nearly six months in total so fairly tolerant. Please help. Thanks.

Drug interaction checker just says the same warning they put on any CNS depressant drugs, so it's not very helpful. 5-10 mg of baclofen is not a high dose, that's a normal starting dose. 45mg of mirtazepine is considered a high dose, but if you've been on it for months I would assume that taking 5-10mg of baclofen should be pretty safe. Asking your doctor would be best though - were you not prescribed this?

you will be fine, jst dont go overboard. this combo will make you drowsy and you should not drive for sure!!

Ive stabilised on 45mg of mirtazepine for about two/three months. Ive not been prescribed baclofen but I have tried it before at 5mg. I am prescribed zopiclone 7.5mg and take that at the same time as the mirtazepine but was hopeing the baclofen wouldnt be anymore depressing to my cns then my current zopiclone/mirtazepine mix. Im aware that theres a heavy sedation aspect involved, just wanted to determine if it would make me ill or put me in any massive danger.
