Guys been on mirtazapine effectively on and off for 10yrs, it save my life a couple of times in my early 30s.

I live in Thailand now so brought a large stst of 45mg mirtazapine with me, I've been running 22.5mg to save supplies as there is patented Thai copy here so its damn expensive. If I had the choice I'd run mirtazapine at 90mg ! as it kicks ass that high.

My Thai doctor tells me mirtazapine is old now and there are much better drugs without the main mirt sides.

However appetite increase as I'm a bodybuilder and it making me sleepy.....doesn't happy, I'm a tramadol junkie so sleep is always benzo induced.

Thai copy wise we have -prozaz only -very cheap but hardly a Mirtazapine alternative.

Thoughts?

I have taken mirtazapine on an off for years and I have no idea what your talking about the "high" all it has ever done is make me feel tired in a good way, like not all like a zombie as does trazadone or seraquel. It definitely makes you hungry and will make you gain weight as a side effect. And if tramadol gets you off I highly suggest you don't try any other real opiates, you don't wanna go down that road, anyway I have been on many anti depressants through the years. Ephexor is a bad one that gave me side effects to where I wanted to kill myself, Prozac didn't really do a damn thing. what works for me now is celexa. everyone is different, you will probably have to try a few before you find one that works best for you.
