just got back from edc... haha mints made it down to FL too :) the stand out sets were tritonal and armin... cant wait to see them again on sat...
 
Lol, this discussion is always great.

Same convo as like 2 years ago but just different ppl....have we had a jtrance repeat yet?

Good to see everything is still flowing well down by you guys. My neck of the woods as come up somewhat dry but ill atest that to me getting away from the slowly diminishing scene and not wanting to deal with sketchy people haha.

Hell yeah, and I totally know what you mean, it's so temping to take a roll or two at a show like that. But sometimes you just need the break. And from the sound of the reports from the newer mints this is the perfect time for a break until NYE.

haha i know... but u have to realize that for americans its difficult for us to see alot of trance shows at all so we gotta take what we can get...

also why im coming up there in the spring... get cracked out on dutch pills and see dutch dj's
 
Hey guys. Long time reader first time poster here. Mint lover of course. Over the summer I had quite a few good ones (pink drops, neon green As, neon green drops, purple Os, etc). I loved all of those and I'd get a strooong roll from any of them by dropping one and then taking another half around an hour or so later. It would be very intense...I remember one specific sunday night on the beach which was simply magical on 1.5 purple Os.

So I just recently got some purplish pink bowling balls (definitely not the maroon ones), I'm almost sure they're new as my person didn't have any for a little bit and then got these. Typical mint size, convex one side bowling ball stamp on the other. Also they sparkle when you move them a little while holding them in your hand (I've seen this with several mints). Very bitter taste.

I've read the new mints aren't as strong as the ones over the summer. I haven't really heard much about these bowling balls yet or the strength. Has anyone tried them? Basically, I have no problem taking 2-3 (hell I'll even take more if I need to since I know they're clean), but can I still achieve the same roll doing this as I got from 1.5 purple Os or 1.5 green drops? I also need to figure out what a good dosage of these new guys would be for a couple girls who roll very infrequently. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me. Love you Chi town.

Lol, i just talked about those about one page back or so. They are on par w the green blanks and blue A batches. Enjoyable but def like the others MDxx Med/low. I would def drop 2 at first. (Took a total of 5 for the night) I found them to be very chill, most likely cuz they're a little weak, but that's the best we got in chi currently.

caught the beginning of his set at edc... exact same as at Spring awakening this year... that and the sub array cut out before his set so you could hear the bass all the way from armin bleeding through...

I was at Benassi when Afrojack was on. I was still recovering when Spring Awakening came to town lol. My friend saw Afro in Amsterdam (Early Spring) and EDC said the same thing.
