minneapolis-new to this need advice

Hello,
I'm new to this whole thing and live in the Minneapolis area. I am seeking advice for any help in finding someone that can help me find pain medications. I do nothave insurance and have chronic pain from a surgery I had 6 months ago. If anyone in the Minneapolis area has advice as to how to find someone who can help hook me up with a source or how I can acquire help without waking the streets and putting myself in danger I would be extremely greatful.

You will have to walk the streets unfortunately. No sourcing allowed. I hear you can order kratom online and that works better than tramadol imo.
