All the host names on my LAN have a theme (just like any sysadmin worth her salt). Mine are all named after drugs (there's the router marijuana, because that's a gateway drug; the laptop heroin, the workstation cocaine, the fileserver with all the dance music on it ecstasy, my server in co-lo diazepam and so forth).

I once said to someone, in a quite innocent conversation,

When I run out of drugs, I'm going to start using explosives.

That must have been interesting for anyone who was eavesdropping .....
