Opioids Might this Fentanyl still be good?

I found some Fentanyl patches( 25 mcg and 100 mcg) with expiration years 2009,2010 and 2011. Do you think these are still effective or are they useless now?

Where did you find them? How was The enviroment, temperature, lights?

If they were sealed then a very likely yes, Iv left sub strips from 2011 in a hot garage for years with temps reaching 110F and they were just as good as they were new
