A little help...

35 mg of dxm and 5 mg of klonopin and found out kpin enhances the effects of dxm, Should i be concerned?

35mg of dxm? Are you just trying to get rid of a cough?
5mg kpin is pretty high though I assume (hope) you have a tolerance to benzos?
Other than amnesia and perhaps doing stupid things while under the influence of such a high benzo dose there isn't much concern; certainly no physiological adverse effects

If you really meant 35mg of DXM, then I would say there is virtually no chance of a bad interaction. If you meant 350mg, then maybe. I don't really know anything about benzo and DXM interactions. I guess you have already discovered the answer for yourself though, how did it go?
