been usin bout 12oomg oxycontin a day for 3 years going through detox on my own at home and just feel like shit today is about my 30th hour with nothing at all and im really starting to feel it and the link is to another post i left in the bluelight forum except i think its in the u.s one not australia forum
 
Get some loperamide, maybe some ibuprofen for pain relief.

There is a whole thread in OD about WD and tips on how to get though it, did you read that? There will be a link to it in the OD directory?

Yeah get some Immodium, Lyrica is great also, gabapentin as a second choice, benzos and and lots of clonidine for your blood pressure
