I wasn't sure where to post this(sorry for not putting this in the homelss section). I have been looking online but can not find out if midazolam tablets are legal in america. My doctor wasn't sure so he didn't write the script. Also does anyone know a website where I can find a list of all legal medications in america in 2013. No one website I use seems to have acurate information. For instance I read that valium was available in a capsule form. When I went to CVS, the pharmacist told me that it wasnt available in the (national database?) in america. I have a hard time believing this. Also I have one more question if anyone can help me with. I have tried alot of hypnotics. I have a bad sleeping problem. Right now besides the k-pins and valium I get halcion to sleep.. and it really doesn't work unless I take like 5mg of halcion. This problem has always been with, large doses of benzos don't make me fall asleep. My mind starts racing and i just become stupid, slurring my speech, walking into walls, starting fights, etc... I was perscribed 11mgs of xananx at one point in my life with an array of other drugs. I haven't tried many barbituates. Does anyone have any opinions on secobarbital or zyrem. Does anyone know of any hypnotics that do work. I haven't ever tried chloral hydrate, I dont want to. I am at a point where I can't afford to abuse medications by being a guinea pig and I am tired of being my own personal doctor. I have a sympathetic gi cns disorder probably induced by rebound hypertension so this is kind of a catch 22 looking for help from medications when they caused the problem. If anyone has any advice it is very welcome and appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Welcome to Bluelight.

Laws are ever changing, and vary from region to region, city to city, and state to state so it's improbable that you will get an accurate answer to your question. The only way to get an absolute answer is to ask a doctor or a pharmacist in the area you live. This is why we don't allow legal questions at Bluelight as per the Bluelight User Agreement and Basic Drug Discussion Guidelines which can be found in my signature.

I'm going to close this. You may start a separate thread with your other questions if you wish. Please send me a private message if you need anything.
