Mid-Grade Nausea W/O DOC?

Here is my question. Is it normal to experience substantial nausea/no appetite when your drug of choice is withdrawn but you are managing (avoiding) all WD symptoms via codeine/ kratom?!
Would the nausea be first to emerge or is this symptomatic of something else?

That depends on what your drug of choice was. It is normal to feel uneasy when going from a potent opiate to one that's less potent such as codeine. It will typically even out in time though.
