im just saying imagine a kilo of 100% pure oxycodone on the streets ,i mean it would get CUT to fucking hell just like dope so it would be ard to judge the damn dose wich would suck bals but jesus that would be just as popular as heroin

So the MDMA found in Hidalgo, Texas was cut with heroin? Did anyone else notice that? It field tested positive for heroin, but was later found to be 91% MDMA.

This is not going to help get rid of that myth.

The DEA South Central Laboratory (Dallas, Texas) recently received two plastic packages containing a light brown powder that field-tested positive for heroin (see Photo 8 ). The exhibits were taped to the inner thighs of a male pedestrian attempting to enter the U.S. at the Hidalgo, Texas Port of Entry, and were seized by Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel. Analysis of the powder (total net mass 1970.3 grams) by GC/MS, FTIR, NMR, and HPLC, however, indicated not heroin but rather 95.9 percent MDMA hydrochloride (HCl). This is the second largest ever submission of MDMA HCl powder to the South Central Laboratory.

So was there actually heroin in it, or is that field test give a false positive? Im confused.
 
Hey 6P, as someone who is much more educated than I in such matters, does that make sense to you as far as oral dosing goes?
Also, am I the only one who gets anxious reading these?

No, it doesnt make sense. You need a lot of heroin to get any sort of effect if you are taking it orally, thats why it doesnt make economical sense to put heroin in with MDMA. Especially since at almost 10% POSSIBLY being heroin, out of the almost 2000 grams, that would only make somewhere around 200 grams of heroin. Thats nothing, spread out over however many E pills that 2000 grams would make. This is all considering it would be used orally.

Im guessing it had to be a faulty field test, or maybe the sample they used for the field test was somehow contaminated.

Yes, I get anxious reading them too, just because I wish I had what I am seeing.

This is a far stretch but maybe they had someone who was going to separate it on the other side? I mean, don't the ingrain heroin into fabrics and stuff like that? Surely it would be more difficult to get the heroin from that than MDXX? lol just reading that I know it doesn't make sense.
 
^ Its not far fetched at all, actually. I think it would actually be fairly easy to do.

And yes, heroin is commonly smuggled in fabrics and other materials.

They're not fake, says they were tested and quantified at ~41mg oxycodone HCL per tablet. Purdue exports OCs to South America with EX on one side and the strength on the other.

I worked with a kid a couple months back who had a job at a pharmaceutical factory somewhere upstate and talked of 'liberating' things as well.. lol apparently, the bulk of the floor staff did as well, even some woman in her 70s
 
Everyone who works at a place with drugs and says they don't liberate anything is a liar. I watched a big butch clean cut woman in her 40s liberate a vial of pharmaceutical cocaine solution. It was sitting there on the ground, only me and her in the room. She found it, picked it up nervously and gave me "the look", I just gave her the "its all good" smile, and she stashed it. Everyone liberates shit, otherwise they'd work in a velcro factory or something equally lame.
 
CHOCOLATES CONTAINING TRIFLUOROMETHYLPHENYLPIPERAZINE
(TFMPP) IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

The DEA Southeast Laboratory (Miami, Florida) recently received 75 chocolates, purported to contain psilocybin (see Photo 6). The exhibits were obtained in Jacksonville, Florida, by a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office confidential source (details sensitive). Each chocolate had a smiley face on one side (see Photo 7), and was wrapped in red foil over wax paper. Visual inspection and subsequent workup did not indicate any mushroom parts in the chocolate. Analysis of methanol extracts of the chocolates (total net mass 1.2 kilograms) by GC/MS and GC/FID indicated not psilocybin (or psilocin) but rather 1-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]piperazine (TFMPP; not quantitated). This is the first known submission of chocolates containing TFMPP to the Southeast Laboratory .

WTF?....tfmpp chocolates? thats strange, i guess someone was trying to sell them as mushroom chocolate. glad they got busted.
 
what is worse, there is a medical waste treatment facility not far from here, and people "liberate" stuff from there all the time ... morphine ... dilaudid ... random pills ... much of which have never been used, but i can't say i'd feel comfortable going anywhere near any of that shit with a needle, given where it's been, but some people do ... :p
 
based on what the kid told me, it's probably just as clean as what came out of the factory in usny. And I thought burger king stories were bad...
 
the may edition of the DEA microgram is up. its a small one this month but oh man check out the "ready to use" injectable vials of afghani heroin. check out how yellow that shit is.....had me drooling. also the xanax blotter paper was an unusual one.

also the coke and heroin concealed in the fake rocks was a pretty good one. high purity shit too, the dope came in at like 84% i think. one kilo of that would make you like 4 once you cut it and it would still be good dope.

Thanks for the heads up, again.


Those pre-sealed dope vials were interesting. I wonder what market they were going to? I'm guessing they weren't going far(probably just Iran, Pakistan, India, or some other middle-eastern country), due to the increased logistical strain of transporting fucking vials as opposed to a powder that's much more easily concealed.
It's also interesting to note that the dose varied greatly within the vials, going from under a milligram to the max dose they saw of around 13mg's. The very low dose vials all hydrolyzed into MAM. It would have been really cool if they would have tested it for the other major downside of illicit drug solutions, bacteria. Hell, it would be really cool if they test all of the commonly injected drugs they see for bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.

Just a thought...
