Maybe saying that a batch of heroin is 'Mickey Mouse' means that it's some fucked up shit, a reference to Mickey's inexcusable behaviour in the 1928 animation 'Plane Crazy' in which Mickey impersonates a pilot, runs several motorists off the road by using it as a fucking runway and then continuing his crime spree by performing a series of dangerous aerial maneuvers -showing a total disregard for aviation policy- before ending his day by threatening the life of his passenger after she turns down his sleazy advances..

This is really strange, I have never heard of this before but someone told me today that they had mickey mouse heroin, does anyone have any idea what this could be? I dont know if its a kind of heroin or if it just means great heroin or what, it greatly confused me. I suppose the logical thing to do would be to ask him but he was drunk and I couldnt get a word in hehe, ill ask him next time I see him but until then, any ideas?

He could have been referring to the stamp. Where I'm from that is how heroin is branded, different dealers have different stamps. I actually used to buy heroin with a Mickey mouse stamp.

I assume you're not Australian. We don't do that weird shit they do in the USA. Here - we just say we want X amount of heroin (a point, 0.5g, 1g, 1.7g, 3.5g, 7g (quater) etc). We don't stamp, brand, name, or do any other dick moves like that in Australia - not in Melbourne anyway.

More likely rhyming slang (which is kind of obscure australiana i guess)
