I am 16 and was caught at school in michigan with probably 5$ worth of weed and a lighter. I told them i got it for free at school and who i got it from because it was in my phone so they already knew, they told me that i would get a court date within a month but this happened on march 18th and i still haven't got a single letter. I attended drug classes as well and was suspended for 5 days. My record is completely clean and never even had a detention since 6th grade or ever had a suspension. This is my first offense and i was wondering what will i get? Will i get probation is my biggest question.. Thanks for anyone who will help me out and let me know what will happen.
