most people say it takes about 4 grams of APAP to od, well how many MG's is 4 grams?

4g is the max recommended does of tylenol. 6-8g is a more conservative amount to cause an od, with 8+g more than likely being very very bad for you (death, liver damage anal leakage).

A fatal acetometaphan overdose is closer to 15-20g's depending on body weight/metabolism. I've personally had up 12g's without any problems, though im sure it wasnt to my benefit. In interest of health its best to stay below 4-5grams. And jesus christ, 1g= 1000mg.

I believe the lowest reported dose actually resulting in significant problems is 11 g.

I wouldn't take anymore than I have to. If you want to get fucked up and need to take more than 4g of APAP at one time, FUCK IT. Don't fuck your liver.

there are two cases i can recall, one from '97 and one '00 where 8-10g caused major liver problems, one of which resulted in death within a week. now, whether or not there was any other circumstances around it, i don't recall. i'll try to look a link up for you guys.

I'm with Jumbo on this one...

I learned conversions back in 2nd or 3rd grade. Come on people. I can still remember the little paper rulers they gave us and made us measure things in centimeters and then convert it to milimeters.

Maybe GWB has got a point about american education....
