So they caught another drug lord, there is another guy/group waiting to take their place. Stupid governments are involved in drug trafficking & they allow these guys to deal drugs for years & they use them for information & to move the drugs in& out of the USA & when the governments deem they have no more need for their presence, they arrest them & put them in jail only to have another group pop up. The whole war on drugs is a joke but we all know who is making out at the end of the day.
