I think this is pretty useless. I mean...

The maximum amount of marijuana considered to be for “personal use” under the new law is 5 grams — the equivalent of about four marijuana cigarettes. Other limits are half a gram of cocaine, 50 milligrams of heroin, 40 milligrams for methamphetamine and 0.015 milligrams of LSD.

WTF....if someone seriously had a problem, their personal use would be way more than a mere half g of yay, 40mg or 50mg of ice and dope. And is that 15ug? That's not even an active dose! And I'm sure they have no technology to even equate that to what the person has on their impregnated substance.

I wonder if the laws are more harsh now after this changed. If you have more than above......you're screwed.

5 grams of weed is a fair number. 5 grams would be more than enough to get me through a day.

^^ Probably not much jamaica given the amounts of other substances your allowed to have on you... minuscule much?
 
yea, that is a bit too little LSD if its only 15ug...

but then again if you got arrested with a blotter or two they would possibly assume personal use...
 
I wonder if the article mistyped or misunderstood the amount. Maybe they meant .015 grams? Although that would actually be a lot... but 15mcg? Talk about useless. That's not really even threshold.

That's what I was thinking when I read about this. Doesn't seem to make much sense given the amounts of the other drugs they have decriminalized. Everything but marijuana seems to be limited to one or 2 doses so 150ug would make a lot more sense.
