Mexican Pharmacies

My point is, in recreational doses, pentobarbital is an epic find. Cuba especially I would be very carefull about drugs, it was a drug paradise before Castro fucked things up for everybody- apparently it was easy to find in the clubs and casinos and not only to the hollywood crowd- many middleclass Americans were introduced to the drug there in the 50s. Today I would be hesitant. Dominican Rep don't know about. Great cigars in both places.

If you're flying into Cancún, go to Mérida. You'll have better luck in your pharmaceutical quest. Besides, urban planners considerately positioned the airport to allow one to escape south or west as quickly as possible without ever seeing the fungus progressively engulfing the beaches and adjacent box hotels.

If you do go to Mérida, take a boat ride and check out the flamingos. If you go South, just enjoy. It's beautiful, cheap and underpopulated, at least when I was last there.

I'll give an update. I touched base with someone in mexico on this board. Despite then new laws, mexico is a very conservative society still and gets more authoritarian the farther south you go (this is from a cool cat who lives in the sea of cortez resort town Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco). Make sure ou have money for "tickets". Having said that, I have a friend that goes to TJ brothels from time to time. Ladies will deliver the pipe filled with shards and keep going for days. Wisdom from a friend in recover- some ATM machines have been known to record pin # or other wierd shit. Several changes have occured in TJ. A few months ago, in strip clubs guys would do coke with strippers in VIP rooms. His last trip there a couple months ago guys were snorting coke off the strippers tits in the open public or common area of club.

Another aside- Met a guy at a meeting that walked up to a taxi driver to hook up. The guy took him to his "cousins" shed. At knife point he was tied to a chair and his family contacted to extort money. The watcher was nice enough to smoke tweak with his victim. The guy was getting sick, his family was fed up with him. The main captor, after realizing he wasn't gona get his requested $10,000, settled for like $550.00 or something and the guy was let go sans passport (but they left him like $13.00 or some other random number- and his life most importantly. Be aware that most stories don't end up like this-this harmless- you could consider this one a fucking fairy tale.

Point is, abductions are a problem at the border and happen alot. I would think the best solution would be to stick to known hook up spots, and stick in areas were there are lots of other Americans. Buying drugs with federales/military close by might not be a bad idea, some of these cops defend dope spots from abductors and two-bit weak ass hustlers, despite the recent clean up of the force.

Still kids be crossing that border by the dozens, maybe hundreds each day to get dope- its like fuckin narcomart felujah.

Excellent post...prostitutes can/will get you anything you need, just brush up on the lingo...

If you walk into a pharmacy all willy-nilly, the odds of you getting anything "good" are tiny, the odds of him talking to cop aren't as small.
 
i had a couple friends not long ago cropss over the border in brownsville texas and from what they said black tar or any heroin was not around like you'd think it was. they went down there tryin to score from pharmacys which turned out to be a bust. these 2 ppl were a couple idiots to so i dunno. but from what i have heard from around the brownsville border area niothing but coke was easy to find
