Stimulants Methylphenidate dosage??

Hi people, anyone can tell me the average dose of methylphenidate? How much I need if I snort it, shoot it, plug it or eat it?
 
depends on your tolerance imo
try between 20-30 mg to see if that works for you if this is your first time doing this
 
help me understand about methylphenidate, I used to take Ritalin then got switched Vyvanse and dextroamphetamine. Now as of recent I was switched to Concerta which is a form of methylphenidate. Starting dose was 27 mg, had a couple of rough days in the beginning, dosage was bumped to 37mg and I'm on the second day of dose increase. Yesterday (first day of increase) my mind felt like it was being pushed like a "super on" button being pressed.
I also have trouble with excess heat, yesterday was in the 90s. Getting back to the Concerta, it seems much stronger than when I was taking Ritalin?
Thoughts?
 
Dosage for non tolerant people, based on my personal experience (2 years under methylphenidate and 1.5 year of heavy abuse by every RoA) and based on the dosages of psychonautwiki.

ORAL- Bioavailability (BA: 11-52% - mean 30%)

Light: 5-20mg
Medium: 20-40mg
Strong: 40-60mg

SNORTED - BA: 70%

Light: 5-15mg
Medium: 15-30mg
Strong: 30-50mg

BOOFED - BA: 70-90% - ? -

Light: 10-20mg
Medium: 20-40mg
Strong: 40-60mg

INTRAVENOUS - BA: 100%

Light: 5-10mg
Medium: 10-30mg
Strong: 30-50mg

concerta is mph but with a very novel form of release (which is why its patented) . It works through a pretty cool pill design effect, but basically its 30:70. 30% of it gets released during the first couple hours (noon) and 70% a couple hours in (afternoon). Hence the 30:70, might just be you benefit alot from a second stronger dose in the afternoon as a second wind type deal.

sheesh 30 mg orally is medium recreationally? they give 20 mg to 6 year olds
 
5-10mg first to gauge your sensitivity…..1h full effects, lasts 3-4h

Adult dose usually 20mg IR X 3 daily (60mg daily)

I take 50-70mg IR with my Methadone 100mg with long term daily usage
