My buddie has been sitting at about 130bpm( as measured by my note 4) for about 3hrs now off of a 90mg dose. Hes not anxious about it at all so thats not whats causing it to be so high. Only phyical activity involed was watching youtube lmao, so none really. Hes just wondering if thats something to be concerned about for a 21 yr old male with a healthy heart, and no known conditions. We figure a 130 for however long this buzz lasts wont be too bad ffs. But anywerds he has a very low tolerance but is experienced enough to know hes fine thought. His hands and feet are not cold i asked.

His or your heart rate is high because he or you took a high dose of Ritalin or methylphenidate. Did you or he drink any caffeine?

It is something to be concerned about yes. The AV node ('pacemaker') responds differently to impulses from the sympathetic nervous system in different people; some are very sensitive, others less so. Very high pulse rates are generally inefficient with a poor ejection fraction (blood is left pooling in the heart) and this raises the risk of a clot, which most stimulants already raise the risk factor for. So suggest he lowers the dose and keeps the pulse rate <100 as much as possible.
