Stimulants Methylphenidate and Buspirone

I recently gaslight my way to get 36 mg of Concerta prescribed to me , on it's own makes me extremely inpatient , aggressive and anxious. (Diagnosed NPD)
Would combining it with 7,5 mg Buspirone be safe? I used to abuse Zoloft in high doses with caffeine (Pharma MDMA) and I loved the social performance boost I got but I can't do it all the time cause I don't like the serotonin syndrome like side-effects.
Would the Methylphenidate and Buspirone yield the same results?

I doubt it would yield the same effects, but from my personal experience buspirone doesn't do anything. Even at 15mg I there was no reduction in my (moderate-strong GAD) symptoms.

Personally I think it's a bullshit drug, but I don't see any potential harm from combining it with methylphenidate, especially considering the dosages and your previous drug history.

I'm prescribed 20mg methylphenidate 3xs daily and 30 mg buspirone 3xs daily. It should be on together

If Methylphenidate is causing intolerable side effects you should reduce the dose you are using. I understand the desire to take X drug to counteract the side effects of Y drug, but it's an irrational and often fruitless endeavour.

Having said that, Buspirone is (rarely) used clinically to reduce anxiety when beginning treatment with Amphetamine. It seems likely to me that Buspirone will also produce this effect with Methylphenidate.

I'd suggest talking to your prescriber about reducing the dose and getting used to the drug. You can then later increase it to see how it effects you.
