Does methylone powder have a crystal shiny look to it?

Normally no it doesnt but it could. Theres no way for other people to ID your unknown powder.

We shouldn't be participating in ID threads, guys. Not other than "We don't do ID threads. Get a test kit". If we give the user any indication that it may indeed be a certain substance and they go ahead and dose, convinced, what could happen? A whole lot of things, ranging from good to bad. Best avoid the potential harm in this and refrain from commenting on these things before they get closed.
