Methylone OD - Need advices

Hello,

I am speaking on msn with a friend and he say that he had a methylone overdose, right now. I don't know how much he had sniffed
I haven't a lot of info. He speak slowly on msn (I don't know her phone). He say that he is tetanized. He have some difficulties to move. He couldn't pee. He bleed form the nose. He broked one teeth. And mentaly, he say that he had some delirum!

He had taken 2 xanax.

I don't know how to react? I am not used with methylone...
What advice can I give to him?

If he's ODing, he needs emergency medical services ASAP. There is nothing we can suggest that will help.
 
He dosen't want to call the emergency... And I don't know where he lives. We just have some contacts through internet.

Ok, I will continue to speak with him and try to make him calm down...
 
He may just be freaking out, to my knowledge, it is actually quite difficult to OD from methylone- in most respects, it acts as a gentler version of MDMA. If he won't call 911, theres only so much he can do at home, tell him to sip water and just sit still or lay down.

Because we just have some contacts via internet (through a forum).
We don't live in the same country... And I don't even know in which town he lives. I was the only person connected (on msn).

I think the worst is passed now... Ouf!
 
He's just got to calm down and slowly drink water. The more he freaks out, the worse it's going to be. Try calming him down and taking his mind off of it maybe. I'm sure he will feel better once he fully comes down; he probably just took way too much.
