Methylone Megathread

I should have added that in a HOME setting there were no alarming readings from Treacle after he had taken a stimulant when tapering off GABA agonists.

I'd get a few funny looks if I took a portable blood pressure monitor to a club.

Mephedrone on the other hand did give very high readings, but again this was tested once we had redosed once we had returned from a club dancing and alcohol had been added into the mix.

yeah i was on mephedrone as well.

methylone seems much more benign than mephedrone, which i decided to not do again.
 
Yeh could be something in that, i went to my bed last night after a half g of mephedrone over the night and even after not taking a bomb in over 4hours and could feel my heart was pounding while i was trying to sleep! Never had anything like that off mdma or even coke!!
 
When I was going to sleep the other night, my heart rate was at least 120 BPM after taking the methylone. Quite unnerving, but I did get right to sleep.
 
Well here I am :) Doubt ill get any sleep until tonight.

M1, was fun, not messy, euphoric and energetic. I will agree with most that it is not on par with pure mdma in terms of depth and euphoria, but makes a much better club drug than mdma in my opinion. I really liked that 'there' but not completely gone feeling. I enjoyed the come up and during the peak I could dance away, but with mdma I have found that during the peak I can't really dance and just enjoy the ride in a corner somewhere.

I used two doses of 250mg each as recommended but could not remember when to re dose after 1,5 hour of the initial dose. I took my first dose at 12:30, 2nd one at 02:00. Second peak was less subtle than the first one and must have lasted about 30 minutes. I could feel the effects until 06:00 and left the club at 07:00. As the weather is great today I spent the last hours walking around =D

@ shambles if you think this stuff tastes toxic wait until you do some mephedrone. I found this quiet clean. Powder was brownish beige.


So i have some questions.

1) If I would have re dosed a third time would I have felt anything more?

2) Suggested intervals. Does this release serotonin? If so I am guessing once every second week maybe. Has anyone seen a tolerance build up to their initial first time dose. I remember reading on Erowid a report from a user stating that he has been using the same amount for a year.


Oo and yes this stuff unlike mephedrone does not kill your sex drive :)
 
is methylone always brown/beige/yellowish? ive seen a batch that was clear white with very little crystals in it. what do you think, was that smth. else?
 
The stuff I have had has always been a slightly off-white, greyish colour, but pretty much white. Not beige. Yes, M1 does release serotonin. I'd say treat it like MDMA, in terms of breaks between uses.
 
I've only seen pure white M1 myself, never brown or grey or anything. Is the problem with these RC thingies - we don't really know what it's supposed to look like. Different synths, different purities, different colours I suppose. Which one is the "good" one though?
 
I've only had M1 once and it was white, I took 2 x 250mg bombs and it wankered me an the missus beyond belief. The fact that there are people on here saying it is gentle and doesnt really get you twatted leaves me feeling fairly confused at the whole matter. :\
 
On Erowid two images are light yellow/beige/brownish but I think the colour is the least of our problems :)

It is more gentle to MDMA is was all are saying :)

Messy, but not that messy. =D

I took 2 250mg doses last night and was not so cunted as to say having done 300-400mg of mdma.
 
I found the high itself not as good as MDMA, but considering the next day and the week after I didn't feel completely depressed, I can definately see its benefit.

I'll probably end up buying a stash before it gets made illegal, but until then, I'll just stick to MD should any party occasion arise.
 
On topic of the appearance of methylone, it seems to be a white fine powder usually, and it has a very "fluffy" appearance. I guess this could vary a fair bit though?

It's pretty enjoyable fun, and I wouldn't say I get that much sketchy wiredness off it until I start coming down, but I guess everyone is affected differently. The peak is pretty pleasant and goes on a few hours i've found, after which point redosing a nice amount can bring you up again for a while longer, but you can't stay up, and it all becomes very zapping and draining towards the end. I found I still had physical energy, I just couldn't sit with friends that easily for ages chilling... walking back alone felt pretty good though.

Yeh, benzos and smoke for the comedown is probably a good idea...
 
i've ordered a lot of methylone from a lot of different places, all have been pure white, usually fluffy white crystals (v small)

all have felt and tasted quite pure (well, the same)
and definitely very clean, compared to mephedrone.
