Yes mugabee if you have been drinking start low, like around 200mgs If you want an epic peak 250mg should be fine. Those who bomb higher than 300mgs will get limited results from that crucial 2nd bomb.

I remember people saying doses were more like 120mg for active low, to 200mg high. But that never quite did it for me. 500mg is way too much, more of a waste than anything, and kept me up for 2 days.

Really considering taking a dose of about 250mg now, if I redose, as I surely will, how long can I expect the stimulation to last??

The way I do methyone is like this....
Bomb 250mgs and wait an hour and a half. Try to remember to bomb the other 250mgs within the two hour mark from your first dose. Waiting longer than 2 hours results in a crappy, stimulating second peak that lacks the euhporia push. I feel that most people wait too long for the 2nd dose thus think the 2nd peak is weak. I also do small bumps during the
2nd peak although many people think this is a waste. It gives me "mini-rushes"...or maybe it is all in my head

just snorted about 40mg of buphedrone actually to get me stimmed up enough to remove any feeling of the alcohol.
Made myself a 200mg bomb of M1, gonna take that now then remember to make another at about 2am, then try and benzo myself to sleep at about 6 or 7am

buphedrone is more of a straight stim, like pv, but no edginess at all, not really all that much too it, but can imagine it will be a nice mixer drug.

I added some methylone after taking 4fa awhile ago. Bad idea. Small bumps of k go well, takes away the edge of things.
