So about 3 hours & 50 minutes ago I snorted some methylone and I'm not rolling at all anymore but I still can't sleep and my heart is still racing. I tried to check my BPM about 30 minutes ago and it was too fast for to keep count. My guess is that is was in the 150-170 range. I just checked it again and it down to 135 now which is a huge relief but does anyone have a guesstimate on how long these residual effects will last and how long it could potentially be before I can sleep?
This is only my second time doing it (the first was several months ago) and I'm not sure on the dosage. I know that's a big key here so I'm gonna guess and say between 200-250mg.
I drank a huuuge glass of orange juice and took 4mg of Melatonin probably 20 minutes ago because that is the only thing at my disposal that might help.
Thanks for your help guys
Love & Peace,
Ben

**also** I am 18 years old and weigh around 140lb if that will help any

The few times i took methylone I only rolled for about an hour maybe two, but it was definitely an awesome roll. And that's with oral dose, parachuted.

So whats your question. The few times i took methylone I only rolled for about an hour maybe two, but it was definitely an awesome roll. And that's with oral dose, parachuted.
He's asking

I can sleep about 3-4 hours AFTER the effects have worn off. In generel, It is hard to sleep on serotonin releasers.

Although this is now irrelevant to the thread creator since he's probably slept by now, I did an experiment with this topic a while ago that might be useful for other people (when this thread shows up in a search.)

I have a heart rate monitor and always use it when I roll at home out of curiosity. I've found that methylone is pretty consistent in how much it raises my BPM and when my BPM is at a level where I can actually sleep. It varies for everyone, but for me (on average) the following usually holds true:

For an oral dose averaging 200mg:

0:00-0:45 15-30BPM increase
0:45-5:00 35-45BPM increase
5:00-7:00 10-25BPM increase
7:00-12:00 10-15BPM increase (and at 99BPM I can typically sleep)

It definitely does keep your heart rate increased for a long period of time (if you redose once or twice, it even persists to the next day because of the speedy effects) I believe the earliest you could sleep is 7 hours after an initial dose.

9 out of 10 rollers prefer Zanax.........

Tyrone and Propecia always end up consuming 1.5 g total of M1 starting Fri nite and party ends with some off the hook sex ( wanna see real BPM's ???) around Sat night when most are just getting their drunk on.
We start with plugging 170-200mg
Parachute 170mg with in the threshold period (45 min - hour) Smoke a bud as that REALLY kick starts M1 for some reason.
Snort the rest over the course of the night ( small rails here and there) about 30 min after the parachute

For some reason we noted when it came to doing the rails part of the night is when the heart rate increased and it turned into more of a "coke" type high and the more you pay attention to it the more profound it appears..... this is where King Zanax shines !

M1 is only a third as strong as MDMA hence the short duration of "roll" (if you can even call it a roll as there is NO comparison).
