Methylone Dose Equivalent of MDMA?

When I used to take MDMA, they would only be pokeballs from the same batch. Each pill had roughly 90 mg of MDMA. They were the same batch that the DEA tested which were stated to be 86.1-95.3 mg of MDMA. Anyway, one pill would do the trick for me, and I'd always redose a second pill roughly two hours after the first. I can't find an answer anywhere, so I guess my question is, what would be the rough methylone equivalent of ~90 mg of MDMA?

Not having done MDMA but having done bk-MDMA I would assume your dosage range for bk would be 175-200. That's the range me and my friends use and we're quite good to go on it. Obviously a bit will be different and due to the lack of 'magic' you might feel underwhelmed.

90mg M1 is epically disappointing. You need 175-200 to really get anything good out of it, and it is still not going to compare to MDMA in that you will not get the love and "oneness".

this question really assumes (rather superficially) that mdma and methylone somehow are equivalent, and by a lot of people's standards, they arent, even at higher doses of the latter. this generally is the case with all substances, most have a distinct, if not that obviously different, flavor to them.
that being said, 90mg mdma is supposed to not be that big of a dose, so perhaps you would be having a good time with a medium dose of methylone as well. most people would suggest something between 150-180mg for a good solid first time methylone experience. but dont go in thinking it will be exactly like the mandy just enjoy it for what it is

I'm not expecting a replacement for MDMA, I was just curious as to roughly how much is how much. I guess it'd be like me saying 15 mg of 2C-E is roughly the same as 4 hits of today's street acid in terms of intensity. Thanks for the responses though!

well then, id say go for a normal ish dose of methylone and you will probably have a good time if your tolerances are not up. stay safe

I would say go with 200+ mg of methylone. As kingme has mentioned methylone is similar to MDMA, but there are some quite noticeable different. The main ones being a more pronounced dopamine euphoria (and associted speedy effects) and less pushy empathy and entactogenesis.

Actually I believe Methylone releases MUCH less Serotonin than MDMA, somewhat less Dopamine, [which together account for less "love"] and ALOT MORE norepinephrine [which accounts for more "rush/euphoria"].

And I would suggest NOT trying 200+ Methylone till you learn how you react to it. 90% of users are good with a minumum of 175mg, and find that over 200 is an uncomfortable overkill that just makes it more tweaky, not "better" in any real sense (unless you are a fan of teeth clenching jitters)... then again SOME people do seem to be hardheads and say they dont feel anything satisfying till they do 250... but first time till you know, do 175 no more (OK perhaps 185 if you want to leave no doubt you will be properly lit up).

And most experienced users also seem to find that under 175 is also pretty pointless, at least for "party vibe" type feelings... there seems to be a threshold that needs to be crossed to get the "euphoric pulse" effect to occur (though sometimes I do take a deliberately low dose, at which it acts like a kind of "soft speed"/mood-brightener).
