Recently I was given the name of a new source to try for RCs. They were referred by two people, one I trust, one I have no experience with. After some communication regarding samples we agreed upon 4 samples at 3 grams each for a shipping cost of 75.00 - Methylone, Pentylone, 5f-akb48, and sts-135.
The order arrives but to begin with the weight is all wrong, none of the samples are even the gram standard let alone 3, they also ran out of pentylone so included 4 mec in it's place. The 4 mec looked right, little crystals kinda looking like rice. The methylone was supposed to be crystal and was powder with tiny crystals. Annoyed at the weight and the last second substitution, I just threw together the sts and akb, and to bump it to a full gram I added some 5f-pb22 I had. I don't like working with the pb because it doesn't break down in alcohol alone, you have to apply heat. I've read, though no experience, that heat can cause many cannabanoids to lose strength. Not sure if this is true or not but it makes me uncomfortable. The way I apply heat is by heating a pot of water and swirling the spray bottle inside. Anyway, I make up the batch and allow it to dry for a bit. Usually I can test within a short time, couple hours and get an idea of the strength. I don't smoke often. Total featherweight. I could probably smoke grass clippings and get a buzz. Pretty much I take 1 hit of each batch I make up to confirm it's good, and rarely when the GF asks me to smoke with her. I always stick to 1 hit.
Anyway, I try some and while I catch a buzz, it's no where near as intense as I figure it should be. If you have no experience blending Cannabanoids, my experience has been you can mix up a batch with 1g of something and it's decent. You can mix up another batch with 1g of something else and it's decent. Decent meaning gets you high and happy, but not insane. However if you take even a 3/4 + 1/4 mix of those two, it becomes insane. My assumption is that this is due to you essentially getting two highs at the same time blending together. Anyway, this 3 blend mix isn't where it should be but I figure maybe it needs time to dry. The first batch of pb I made up I ended up having to bathe because the chem was clogging sprayers (didn't attempt heat) and it was weak at first, but I let it dry 3 days and it was insane.
So we move on, to the main reason for the post, the methylone and 4 mec. GF and I both taste test a tiny amount for allergy/poison. If you don't like me stating poison, I'm sorry but that is part of the reason you taste test. No issues there. GF bangs everything, I'm trying to get her to switch to rectal or inhaling but it's an ongoing battle. So I measure .1g out for each of us. She bangs hers I inhale about 1/3rd of mine.
I have no experience with anything but pentylone, never even did X. We enjoy Pentylone. We get very honest and close feeling together on it (empathy?) as well as some speedyness and erotic feelings. Though too much and I'm not sprouting wood (nothing sucks like being horny and can't get it up.
At any rate, from what I've read methylone is much like penty, that's why I wanted to try it. This was nothing like penty. There was no urge to talk, no closeness, nothing. There was a buzz, but no speediness. In fact I went to sleep about 3 hours after my 1/3 line. I also tried again about .03g of the 4 mec. That seemed to bump the buzz from the first line but nothing amazing.
The question I have is was this even methylone? Can anyone with experience with penty and methy compare them? I've read rave reports about methylone and honestly this was nothing worth raving about. Most of what I've read about 4 mec is unimpressive, though people compare it to methydrone which I guess is quite intense. Shouldn't methylone be at least somewhat like penty? At least in the empathy and chatty portions? Not to mention the jaw tension (which we had none of.)
My guess is that the lab sent crap quality overall. However I'd like to know about the methylone in comparison with pentylone so I can decide if I ever do want to order it from my normal vendor. We enjoy the speediness of the penty, and the chatty close feeling it gives us, not to mention the strong desire to be open and honest. This substance gave none of that. And both of us ached the first hour or two of waking and had low grade headaches. Basically like a hangover.
And before someone states the obvious moral: Don't trust or even look forward to RC from an unknown source, even if it is referred to you by someone you can trust.
As a side note, can anyone suggest any pentylone like RCs? Pretty much we're looking for a mild X buzz I guess. Desire to chat, touch each other, open up to each other. All the pentylone I have gotten has achieved this, any other things like it?
